Mary is a certified hypnotist, Reiki Master and trained Tibetan singing bowl vibrational healer. She approaches her healing practices with a practical down to earth style. She has researched the correlation between the science of energy and vibration in quantum physics, and how Reiki and the bowls can be used in healing. Her approach is based on the concept that all healing is self healing whether it be mind, body or spirit.

Pamela Paris is a Clinical Herbalist, Nutritionist, Reiki practitioner, Dynamic Body Balancing TM practitioner (Craniosacral/Myofascial Therapy), and a State of Maryland Licensed Massage Therapist. She has a Master’s of Science Degree in Therapeutic Herbalism from Tai Sophia Institute now known as the Maryland University of Integrative Health in Laurel, Maryland. She
is a Certified Nutrition Specialist SM professional receiving her certification from the Certification Board of Nutrition Specialists. She is also a Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist from the Maryland State Board of Dietetic Practices. She received her Reiki Level I & II Usui System of Reiki attunements and certifications from Reiki Master Virginia Abel of Fallston, MD in October 2010 and February 2011 respectively. She was a Reiki volunteer at the Kaufman Cancer Center, University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health from 2014 through 2019. She completed her training in Dynamic Body Balancing TM , a combination of Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Therapy, with Dr. Carol Phillips in November 2016. Finally, she obtained her Massage Therapy License in October 2020 and offers a variety of massage services. Pamela is passionate about her work and believes that working together with her clients in a collaborative process is the best way to understand and address the issues that are impacting their health.

Linnea Tober joins us as a professional artist of over 20 years, designer, color therapist, reiki master energy-worker, yoga instructor and reflexologist. She has a Master’s of the Art of Teaching (MAT), a BA in Art History and Studio Art, an an AA in digital art and graphic design, and is a licensed cosmetologist as well. She recently completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training and will be offering small yoga classes as well as art classes for adults. Linnea's true passion is helping people heal through the many modalities she works in.
